Writing in my journal has brought me out of some of my darkest moments. I'm a strong advocate for self-care and journaling is part of that! I knew I wanted to create a journal for you to use however you like. Journal to get out emotions. Make a to-do list (you know I love those!). Draw. Brain dump. The possiblities are endless!

Black, Red or Blue Coil: 16.5cm x 23cm x 2.5cm, 200 pages
Grey, Light Brown or Dark Brown: 14cm x 22cm x 1.3cm, 200 pages
